2. Send back the goods
Please make sure that the goods is in its original status and all documents are not lost. No worn
jewelry can be returned. pbeads's quality control staffs inspect every order before the goods is dispatched.
We strongly advice that you inspect the goods once you've recieved it. The quicker you report the damage,
the sooner and better we can handle it.
Your returned items will be inpsected again by our quality control staffs. if there are damages(only
damages happen in transmit can be excluded), we will have the jewelry assessed by our gemologist.
Please note that any pearl jewelry returned showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way
cannot be accepted and are not returnable.
If the jewelry is damaged in transmit or is defective because of our oversight and fault, we will
cover the return shipping charge. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return postage.
3. Refund to you
Returned item must be received within this 90 day period. We will refund you in 24 hour after we
confirm the validity of your return.
